Windows 10 does not offer the option of deactivating the Start menu via the view or system settings. You must use external programs for this.
- Depending on which start menu you prefer, different programs are available to you. Open Shell is one of the most popular, as it gives you the start menu of Windows 7 and other variants.
- This is the successor to Classic Shell, which also brings back the Vista start menu in addition to Windows 7. This is just a small selection of programs that are suitable for it.
