Television: Changing the Language – How it Works

If you don’t understand the language in the menu on your TV, it makes sense to change it. This is usually done in a few steps

Change the language on your TV: Here’s how

Every TV ticks differently, but the language settings can usually be found the same way.

• First switch on your TV set.
• Now open the menu of your television. There is usually a button on the remote control marked “Home”, “Menu” or “Options”.
• In this menu you then select the settings and there the language settings.
• On some TVs, you can also find the language settings directly in the Home menu.
• Some remote controls already have a “Settings” button that takes you directly to the language selection.
• Select your desired language and confirm it with “Ok”.
• But note that these steps only change the language in the menu, the language of the transmitters remains the same.
