Panasonic channel scan: this is how it works

You can load new channels onto your Panasonic television with little effort by performing an automatic channel scan. How to do this is explained in the following practical tip.

Start Panasonic channel scan

To start an automatic channel scan, carry out the following points:

  • First switch on your Panasonic TV and open the menu using the “Menu” button on your pilot.
  • Navigate to the item “Setup” using the arrow keys and open it by clicking on the “OK” button.
  • Now open the entry “Tuning menu DVB” by pressing the “OK” button.
  • In the menu, select “Auto Setup”.
  • With a satellite connection, then switch the programme search to “Quick” or for a more comprehensive search to “Complete”.
  • After that, start the channel search by clicking on “OK”. Depending on the variant, this can take a few minutes up to half an hour. The new stations are then saved.
