To display OpenOffice pages in DIN A5, you need to adjust the format. This function is somewhat hidden at first glance
OpenOffice: Change DIN A4 to DIN A5 pages
Pages in DIN A5 format are well suited for flyers, music sheets or handouts. In OpenOffice, change to the handy format as follows:
- Start OpenOffice. You will automatically see a DIN A4 page, the standard format of the text editing program.
- Click on Format in the menu bar at the top. Then switch to the Page option.
- A new window opens with a variety of customization options. In the Page tab, you can now change the format to A5 under Paper format.
- Confirm your selection by clicking OK. The page is now displayed in DIN A5 format.
- Tip: You can also select the orientation via the paper format. You can choose between portrait and landscape format.
