How to block a card with N26

You can block your card with the online bank N26 via the app.

  • Log in and select the My account tab
  • You then have several options as to which type of transaction you actually want to prevent.
  • For example, you can specifically prohibit ATM withdrawals, transactions via the Internet or international transfers.
  • You can either switch these off temporarily or restrict them temporarily.
  • Alternatively, you have the option of blocking the card completely.
  • With N26, you can unblock your card at any time via the app. This is particularly helpful if you find a card you thought you had lost.
  • If blocking the card in the app does not work, you can also block your card by calling the emergency number (+49 (0) 307 675 8333).
