If you would like to cancel your Bitdefender subscription, this is possible without any problems. Bitdefender has designed the cancellation process to be very simple.

Bitdefender offers you various ways to cancel an existing subscription. However, you should observe the cancellation period, otherwise the subscription will be automatically renewed.

• If you are one of those people who often forget to meet deadlines, you have the option to deactivate the automatic subscription renewal in advance. In this case, the Bitdefender subscription will automatically expire.
• Generally, the software manufacturer sends you a reminder email 30 days before the automatic renewal of the subscription. This also includes a link to your account so that you can initiate the cancellation right away.
• Alternatively, log in to your Bitdefender account and then click on “My subscriptions” in the sidebar. Then select the “My Payments” tab and go to the subscription you want to cancel.
• Under “View details” you will find the item “Options for renewing your subscription”. If you choose the option “Stop automatic licence renewal”, you will cancel your Bitdefender subscription.
• If you want to prevent your Bitdefender subscription from renewing automatically, check the “Disable automatic renewal” option.
