You can contact Vodafone customer services in a number of ways. In addition to contacting us by phone, you can also use the chatbot TOBi.
Vodafone hotline: Contacting customer services by phone
This is how you can contact Vodafone customer services by phone:
- If you have a mobile or DSL contract with Vodafone, call the hotline on 0800 172 1212. The hotline is manned around the clock. The number is useful if, for example, you have problems with your DSL router.
- If you have a CallYa tariff from Vodafone, contact customer service on the chargeable number 0172 229 0 229.
- From abroad, you will need the appropriate area code for the hotline. Dial +49 172 12 172 12 for general service, +49 172 229 0 229 and +49 172 200 02 29 for the CallYa service or +49 172 12 220 from other EU countries (free of charge). Please note that additional roaming costs will be incurred for phone calls made outside the EU.
- If you would like advice about products or would like to order them, please contact the appropriate hotline directly. You can call 0800 724 26 40 for assistance Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and on Sundays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- If you use a Vodafone email but do not have a contract with Vodafone, you can contact customer support by calling 0900 123 45 23. This is possible from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You will be charged 1.99 euros per minute.
- Note: Please have your 6-digit service PIN (cable/mobile), customer number and password (DSL/fiber optic) ready. These are necessary to process your request.
Vodafone contact: Other options
There are other ways to contact the Vodafone customer service:
- Contact form: You can find the contact form on the Vodafone website. Here you can select your problem and then formulate it in writing. The form center offers specific forms that you can fill out online and send directly to Vodafone.
- WhatsApp: If you use the CallYa Digital tariff, you can contact customer support directly via WhatsApp, regardless of the end device. This is possible every day by calling 0172 200 02 29. Without CallYa Digital, contact 0172 1217212 instead.
- Messenger: Yes, you can contact Vodafone via SMS. This is possible via the number 0172 440 12 12.
- First, a chat bot will take care of your request. Simple requests are processed automatically. For more complex issues, your message will be forwarded to an employee who will get back to you in a few minutes to hours via WhatsApp.
- TOBi: Vodafone also provides you with the customer service ChatBot TOBi, through which you can clarify your concerns. You can communicate with TOBi in your browser, via the MyVodafone app and even via WhatsApp.
- Forum: Alternatively, you can take a look around the customer forum or the help section. Many problems have already occurred with other customers and been solved.
- E-mail: Vodafone’s e-mail address is impressum@vodafone.com. However, this is not available for service requests and is therefore unsuitable if you wish to contact customer support. Vodafone does not offer regular contact via e-mail.
