Gymondo is a popular fitness app that offers video workouts. It is all the more pleasant if you can follow the workout on your TV instead of on the small screen of your mobile phone. To do this, follow these steps:

• SmartTV: There is a separate app for Gymondo on FireTV or AppleTV. Once you install it, you can log in and choose a workout as usual.
• Other internet-enabled TVs: If your TV does not offer a Gymondo app, but there is an internet browser, you can access the Gymondo website and log in there, just like on your computer.
• Chromecast: A Chromecast makes any TV smart. If you have started a Gymondo programme on your smartphone, you can select the “Cast” icon at the top right, then stream to your TV via Chromecast.
• Screencast: If your TV doesn’t offer a Gymondo app but screen broadcasting is available, you can stream content that way.
