How to redeem your Hellofresh voucher

If you order a cooking box from HelloFresh, you will find an option to redeem vouchers in the shopping basket view. All you have to do is enter the voucher code here.

• You can also choose a voucher as a payment method under Payment methods. After entering the voucher code, you still have to confirm the voucher with OK.
• As a current customer, you redeem a voucher under the settings of your customer account. Here you will find the tab “Vouchers and discount codes”.
• You can also reactivate a Kochbox order with a voucher. This means that if you have paused the Kochbox deliveries for a certain period of time, you can use the voucher when you want to resume the order. To do this, simply click on the link that the e-mail with the voucher contains.
• When summarising your order, check whether the voucher has also been added. You can easily see this by the reduced price.
