The breakfast recipes of the online fitness programme are usually quick and contain lots of healthy ingredients. As an example, we show you a recipe for muesli with berries. For this you need 300 grams of low-fat quark, 100 grams of blueberries, 100 grams of strawberries, 2 tablespoons of rye flakes and 4 tablespoons of spelt flakes.
- First wash your berries and remove all the leaves. Set aside a few berries for later decoration.
- Now puree the strawberries and blueberries with your blender.
- After that, also mix the spelt flakes and rye flakes together.
- Now you need a jar. A canning jar works well here. First put some of your fruit puree into it. On top of that, add 150 grams of the low-fat curd cheese and then the oat flakes. Now put the rest of the puree and the quark on top.
- Finally you can garnish your breakfast with the berries and your first healthy meal is ready.

- Wash your lettuce first.
- After that, also wash your cucumber and tomato and cut both into small pieces.
- Then also cut the feta into small cubes and halve your olives.
- Finish by putting all the ingredients in a bowl and season with oil, vinegar, oregano and salt and pepper.
Delicious dinner: Courgette spaghetti with prawns
Variety is a top priority at Gymondo. That’s why the fitness programme provides you with over 800 recipes. For dinner, for example, you can prepare courgette spaghetti with tasty prawns. For this recipe you need: 4 courgettes, 250 grams of prawns, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 chilli pepper, curry and salt and pepper.
- Wash your courgettes first and use a spiral slicer, which will turn the courgettes into spaghetti.
- Now also wash the garlic and onion and peel both. Grate your garlic cloves as finely as possible and chop the onion, as well as the chilli pepper.
- After that, let everything sauté until the prawns are just about done and then add the courgette noodles.
- Everything should now be left to fry again for about 3 minutes and then deglazed with water and seasoned well.
- When the pasta is ready, you can arrange everything nicely on a plate and your dinner is ready!
- First preheat your oven to 100 °C.
- Now wash the half courgette and dry it well. Then you need to cut the vegetables into very fine slices with a slicer.
- Now place these slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and then place this on the middle shelf of the oven.
- To make the courgette chips extra crispy, you can wedge a wooden spoon between the oven door, as this will allow the liquid that has turned to steam to escape from the oven.
- After about 25 minutes, take the chips out of the oven and carefully remove them from the baking paper. Then you need to leave them in the oven for another 15 minutes.
- Finally, you can put the chips in a bowl and season them with salt or other spices of your choice.
-
Now heat the olive oil in the pan and add your prawns, the finely chopped onion and chilli. After about 2 minutes, you can also add the garlic.
