完璧に調理して皮をむいた卵は、それ自体がほとんど科学です。

皮を剥く前に調理を。

卵をむく前に、まずゆで卵にします。理想的には、次のようにするとよいでしょう。

  • 卵焼き器を使わずに卵を焼く場合は、小鍋を使うだけです。
  • お湯を沸かす。卵がしっかり隠れるくらいが目安です。
  • 今度は少し沸騰したお湯で卵を茹でます。分ほどで卵が柔らかくなり、7分ほどで固まります。卵の厚みにより、数値が若干異なる場合があります。

氷をはがすコツ

ゆで卵ができたところで、今度は数秒で卵の皮をむくコツをご紹介します。

  • ウォーターグラスの半分まで冷水を入れ、その中に卵を入れる。
  • 手のひらでグラスを覆い、約10秒間グラスを振ります。
  • その後、瓶から卵を取り出すと、簡単に殻を一枚ずつ取り出せます。
