Le arachidi fritte sono uno dei dolci preferiti da molte persone, e non solo a Natale. Ecco come prepararle facilmente da soli:

  • Vi serviranno: 200 grammi di arachidi non salate, 150 millilitri di acqua, un cucchiaino di cannella, 150 grammi di zucchero di canna, una padella
  • Come si prepara: Per prima cosa mettete in un tegame lo zucchero, l’acqua e la cannella. Lasciare bollire brevemente e poi aggiungere le arachidi.
  • Mescolate il composto a fuoco vivo finché l’acqua non sarà completamente evaporata. A questo punto le arachidi si agglomerano con lo zucchero.
  • Lo zucchero dovrebbe iniziare a caramellare. In caso contrario, alzate la temperatura. Le arachidi sono pronte quando sono tutte ricoperte dallo strato di zucchero.
  • Stendere le arachidi su carta da forno per farle raffreddare. Assicuratevi di separarle prima che si attacchino tutte insieme.
  • Come alla fiera, potete ripiegare i sacchetti triangolari per servirli.
