iPhone/iPad: Links won’t open – that’s the problem

You can’t open links on your iPhone or iPad? If you have updated your iOS device to iOS 9.3, then you may also be struggling with this problem. We show you what you can do about it.

Apple is currently looking for a hot fix for this issue.

• After that, you should be able to put it back in as usual.
• There is, however, a way to temporarily solve this problem right now. To do this, you need to deactivate JavaScript.
• To do this, go to “Settings”.
• Tap on “Safari” and scroll down to the bottom
• Tap on “Advanced” and move the slider at “JavaScript” to the left.

Apple offers solution: iOS 9.3.1

• Apple responds to the problem and provides another update.
• This minor update is version 9.3.1 and has been available for download to all users since the beginning of April.
• You can easily download the bug fix OTA (Over the Air), i.e. via the automatic update function.
