Some fees are charged when you withdraw money from your N26 account. However, you can usually avoid these.
- You will receive a free GiroCard with your account. You can use your GiroCard to withdraw money from many markets
- Rewe, Penny and Real, among others, offer this service. You can find the nearest cash withdrawal options in the N26 app. There are around 9,000 locations in total
- You can use your GiroCard to withdraw money from all German ATMs. A fee of two euros is charged for this.
- You can also withdraw money without a physical card by holding your digital card to the reader with your smartphone.
- Alternatively, you can use the fee-free Mastercard credit card to withdraw money free of charge five times a month from all ATMs using the European currency.
- In countries with foreign currencies, you pay a fee of 1.7 percent of the amount withdrawn.
- N26 offers various subscription models. With N26 You and N26 Metal, you can make unlimited free withdrawals in foreign currencies at ATMs abroad.
