UPS Germany is located in Neuss and is not directly represented any further. In addition to the UPS Germany contact overview, we have summarised the telephone numbers for the various purposes below, which you can contact if you have any questions or problems.

• The customer service number is 1-888-742-5877. Alternatively, you can call 069-66-40-50-60 at the local rate. They can be reached from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• For international shipments, you should dial 1-800-782-7892.

• You can also get help from the UPS Virtual Assistant. For this, write your problem in the chat window.
