UPS: Find out your customer number – here’s how

If you ship a lot of packages with UPS, you will have a customer number. If you have forgotten your UPS account number, there is an easy way to find it quickly.

How to find your UPS Account Number

To find out your UPS account number, all you have to do is reach for a bill from the parcel service.

• Your six-digit account number can be found on every UPS invoice under the title Shipper Number. The UPS account number is listed in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

• If you do not have an invoice from the parcel service at the moment, you can check your e-mail account to see if you still have any invoices from UPS there.

• Alternatively, log in to the website with your UPS account. There you can also view your invoices and find out the customer number.
