Ubisoft does not offer customer support via a hotline. Instead, the help center is available.
- Open the help website. There you can enter keywords, search for the problem within categories, or select a game directly.
- The Frequently Found Information section provides you with the most important solutions and information for problems that arise. This makes searching easier.
- Select the problem with a click of your mouse. Then sign in to your Ubisoft account.
- You will then be redirected to a live chat with an agent or you can write a message to Ubisoft using the contact form. You will then be replied to via your e-mail address.

Ubisoft’s customer service offers other ways to contact them without the need for an account:
- Use the official Discord support. Ubisoft and the community are available there in English.
- You can also contact Ubisoft Support on X (formerly Twitter). You can find them there via the handle @UbiSupportDE or @UbisoftSupport.
