You can have your PayPal balance paid out to your bank account at any time. There are various options available to you for this:
Transfer your PayPal balance to your bank account: This is how it works with the app
You can use the following steps in the PayPal app to request that your balance be debited.
- First, open the PayPal app on your smartphone or tablet and log in.
- Click on your balance on the start page to expand the view.
- Then select Debit☻ Debit money.
- In the next step, specify the transfer amount under Transfer amount. You must also choose between a quick transfer with a 1% fee or a free transfer with a longer duration.
- Check the account to which your money should be posted. By clicking on Change, you can choose between your saved bank accounts or add a new account.
- Finally, confirm below with Debit to give PayPal the order. Depending on the type of transfer, your money will arrive in your account in a few minutes or in 1 to 2 working days.
Transfer PayPal credit via website: These are the steps
In addition to the app, you can also use the PayPal website to withdraw your balance. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Open the PayPal website and log in to your account
- Click on Wallet in the top bar to view your balance.
- In the next step, select Deposit or withdraw money ☻ Withdraw money.
- Under Debit amount, enter your desired amount.
- Then select the type of transfer and change your payment account by clicking on Change if necessary.
- Confirm your order by clicking on Debit to place the order.
