If you want to block users in TikTok, all it takes is a few clicks. You can even block several at once
TikTok: Block individual users
If you want to block individual users in TikTok, proceed as follows:
- Open the TikTok app on your device and navigate to the profile you want to block:
- Select the menu in the profile. You can find this via the icon with the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- A menu opens. Find the Lock option in the bottom row, indicated by the crossed-out circle. Confirm when the app asks you if you really want to block the person
- The person is now blocked. You can unblock the person again using the same menu.
- Note: This method works in the same way for the TikTok desktop app.
TikTok: Block multiple users at once
TikTok makes it easy for you to block several users at once. To do this, use the comments.
- Open the video on your profile with the comments of the unwanted users. Then navigate to the pencil icon in the top left-hand corner
- Another menu appears. Select the Manage multiple comments option there.
- Now select the comments of the unwanted accounts. You can select up to one hundred comments and thus block a large number of users at the same time.
- Then click on More and Block accounts. The users are now blocked.
