You will receive the account warning on TikTok if you have violated any of the community policies. Few users receive an account warning mistakenly. In this case, you should contact TikTok.
Violation of Community Guidelines
The first time you violate the Community Guidelines, you will receive a warning in the app. The consequences of the violation depend on the severity.
- If it is a violation of the zero tolerance policy, your account will be automatically suspended immediately. This happens when you post content that is not allowed on TikTok.
- You will receive a notification when you are temporarily blocked. Actions such as sending direct messages, posting, commenting, and editing your profile can be blocked for 24 to 48 hours.
- For serious violations, your account may be suspended so that you can only view content. This suspension can last from 72 hours to a week.
- A permanent block will only occur after multiple violations. You will receive a banner notification when the app is opened.
- You can appeal the account suspension. To do so, open the notification, tap Appeal and follow the instructions.
- If you have violated the Community Guidelines, you must wait for the suspension to end. Behave according to the guidelines to avoid further bans. Violations will be deleted from your history after a period of time.
