If you have problems with your Sky subscription or a question about the pay TV offer, Sky Customer Service will help you quickly. Here we show you how to reach the hotline and what other contact options are available.
Support hotline for Sky customer service
Sky has now simplified its contact options considerably. Whereas there used to be several telephone numbers for different customer groups, the hotline 089 997 279 00 is now switched on for everyone.
- Be sure to have your customer number as well as your contract number handy before calling.
- For service enquiries, the number is available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. If you have technical problems, they will even help you Monday to Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- If you would like to add DAZN to your existing subscription, Sky recommends that you use the relevant online form instead of the hotline.
- Alternatively, send a written message to Sky’s customer service. You can do this by using the online form. To access the form, you will need your 10-digit customer number or email address and your Sky pin or password.
