PayPal account in the red? – This is how you can balance it!

by Pramith

Your PayPal account has gone into the red? No problem! You can easily balance it again. We’ll show you how to do it.

Problem solution: Balance your PayPal account in the minus

Most of the time, your account is in the red due to a credit card chargeback, a returned direct debit, a request for buyer protection or an unauthorised transaction due to unauthorised access to your account.

You can easily settle the shortfall by making a normal deposit. If you do not balance the account within 120 days, your PayPal account could be suspended and you will no longer be able to log in.

  • Make sure that the money must be sent from your PayPal registered account. Otherwise it cannot be allocated. Deposit by express transfer is not supported.
  • If you can no longer log in to PayPal, you can send a cheque to PayPal. The payee is PayPal Inc. Please also include your contact information and email address. The address is: PayPal Europe, P.O. Box 9473, Dublin 15, Ireland.
