The Netflix history is not so easy to find. You have to search your account for a specific tab
Open Netflix history: Instructions
You can view your Netflix history regardless of the device you are using. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Open Netflix via a browser of your choice. Then log in with your account:
- Then switch to the desired profile. This is possible via the Profiles and parental controls button.
- Within the profile, you will find the Title history tab. There you will find all the films, TV series and other content you have watched so far. This makes it easier to access content that you want to watch again, for example.
- The history also includes date information. This allows you to check exactly when you watched something. You will also find titles from the Continue watching area
- You can use the Show more option if the entire history is not displayed. This is possible for profiles with an extensive history, for example.
- Tip: If you want to save the track history as a CSV file, you can do this using the Download all option. You will find this at the bottom of the history.
Edit Netflix history after opening: Important info
The history in Netflix still offers you a variety of ways to edit it.
- You can hide content from the history to remove it from your watch list. To do this, click the circle symbol with the dash next to the content.
- The content is marked and removed from the history after a maximum of 24 hours. Removed entries are also no longer included in the determination of your recommendations.
- The history is completely deleted using the Hide all option. This is useful, for example, if you want completely new recommendations.
