Login to MyVodafone does not work: How to fix the problem
So that you can quickly view and manage your Vodafone contract again, we have put together some tips for you below:
- Check that you are logging in with the correct user name and password:
- Check your e-mail and look for the sender “Vodafone”. If you have not logged in in the last 12 months, your login may have been deleted. You will be informed of this by e-mail:
- You may have to register again or request new access data. Your login can also be deleted if you were a customer of another provider or have changed providers in the meantime.
- Try again later if necessary. A server failure may also be responsible for the page not being available or the login not being possible at the moment.
