Sometimes unforeseeable events such as storms, IT problems or strikes require a quick response. Here you will find the most important Lufthansa contacts at a glance:

Lufthansa Service: Hotline and contact details
For feedback to which you do not need or expect an immediate response, Lufthansa has set up a separate form. You can use this to contact the airline conveniently online. Support requests, on the other hand, should be directed to the hotline.
- Questions about reservations and bookings should be directed to 069 86 799 799. The hotline is available around the clock.
- You can reach general customer service on 069 86 799 699. During the week, staff are available from 07:30 to 22:00. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, customer service is available from 10:30 to 19:00. Alternatively, you can use the contact form:
