Make returns to Lightinthebox
With just a few clicks, you can order products from all over the world from Lightinthebox and have them conveniently delivered to your home. However, if you don’t like something, you may want to return the product.
- Go to Lightinthebox, log in to the login area and view your orders. Click on the specific product you want to return and click “Receive Order”.
- Select “Return or exchange”.
- Now the customer service will check the return you requested. Customer service will then send you a return form for your product. You will receive this by e-mail.
- Once your package has arrived at the retailer, your return will be processed.
- To discuss the details of your exchange / refund, customer service will contact you.
Returns policy at Lightinthebox
There are some rules to follow when returning goods to Lightinthebox:
- Return Policy: Generally, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt without any reason. Initiate the return process at the earliest after receipt of the product.
- Condition of item: Item must be unused and undamaged. All original packaging, labels and accessories must be present.
- Contact Customer Service: Before returning the item, you must contact Customer Service about the order as described above and state the reason for the return.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, you will have the choice of a refund or an exchange for an equivalent product, depending on the return policy.
- Warranty: The Fixtures and Lights & Lighting category (excluding light bulbs/LED strip lights/LED fairy lights/Decoration & night lights/outdoor lighting/indoor lighting/lighting accessories) is covered by a 1 year warranty. For the remaining items in the range, 30 days applies.
- Returns costs: As the buyer, you must bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. The costs for returning products with a defect or deficiencies are the exception here.
