Mute Instagram Stories: Instructions
If you want to mute Instagram a story or posts from other accounts, follow these steps:
Log in to Instagram.
Go to the account of the person whose posts you want to mute. Click on Followed.
Tap on Mute.
You can mute the posts and/or stories. The person will not be informed of this.
