You will need your HelloFresh customer number when contacting customer service, for example. You can find it in your profile via the app or website.
HelloFresh: Find customer number on website
You can see your customer number at HelloFresh with just a few clicks:
- Log in to the HelloFresh website in your browser.
- Click on the icon with your name in the top right corner and then on “Settings. “
- Now select “Customer account” from the menu on the left.
- Here you will find your profile. Under your name and e-mail address is your customer number.
Display customer number in the HelloFresh app
You can also display your customer number in the HelloFresh app:
- Open the HelloFresh app and tap the “Settings” icon at the bottom right of the menu.
- You are now in your user account. Tap on “My profile”, you will see your customer number for the Kochbox provider directly under your first and last name.
