If you’ve forgotten your iCloud password, there’s no need to worry.
- Open the iCloud website and click the “Forgot your Apple ID or password?” link at the bottom.
- A new page will open. First enter your Apple ID there and click on “Next”.
- If you select the option “E-mail authentication” in the next step, you will receive a message to your stored e-mail address with a link. Open the URL and you can set a new password for your iCloud account.
- If you have forgotten your Apple ID, click on the link “If you have forgotten your Apple ID, you can search for it here”. Enter your first and last name and email address. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- If you choose the “Answer security questions” option instead, you must first enter your date of birth. If you then answer the security questions you have set, you can also change your password.
