Facebook customer service: General questions
It should be noted that Facebook has a help section. You can visit this first to quickly resolve minor issues and questions. For example, if you have questions about registration, you will often find an answer on the first page of the help section under the suggested questions. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to enter your question or a specific word. There is no hotline that you can contact for more complicated cases. The German subsidiary is located at the following address: Facebook Germany GmbH, Caffamacherreihe 7, Brahmsquartier, 20355 Hamburg. The classic telephone customer service is not directly available at Faceook, but there are over 100 different forms that you can fill out and submit to solve your problem.
