The quickest way to contact easyJet customer service is via chat. But there are other options available to you.
easyJet: Contact via chat, phone or email
If you have questions about your EasyJet booking, you can contact the provider’s customer service. The EasyJet website offers a contact form that you can use depending on your request.
- EasyJet itself points out, however, that the quickest way to get an answer is via chat. Ideally, you should have a booking reference number to hand for this. However, this is not absolutely necessary. You can also click on “I don’t have a booking reference number”.
- You can also contact the EasyJet customer service team by phone. From Germany, dial +49 (0) 30 726297510. Someone is available Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm. The usual fees of your telephone provider for calls to the German landline apply.
- You can also write an e-mail to EasyJet at customer.support@easyjet.com. However, in this case you should expect to receive a reply only within two to four weeks.
Questions and changes: Research and apply independently
You don’t have to contact customer service for every change. If you have a specific request, EasyJet has a lot of information available.
- EasyJet kindly asks you to make changes to your bookings or rebookings online via “Manage Bookings”. To do this, you have to log in. So if you want to check in more baggage, change passenger names or receive your booking or payment confirmation, you have to do so via your log-in.
- You can also use the EasyJet flight tracker to check arrival and departure times and get more information about your flight.
- If you wish to claim compensation or costs or, for example, cancel flights due to serious illness or bereavement, EasyJet offers you topic-specific online forms and information.
