If error code 24 appears on Disney Plus, it means that the streaming platform cannot connect to the Internet properly. You will then not be able to play the film or series. Read here how to fix the error.

Disney Plus: How to fix error code 24

If error code 24 appears on your Disney Plus account, a connection problem with the internet is interfering with the video playing correctly.

  • This is why the first step is to check the Internet connection. If the connection is bogged down or of a low streaming quality, you will not be able to use Disney Plus as you would like.
  • To do this, close all programmes and place the streaming device closer to the Wi-Fi source. If the error code no longer appears, you need to increase the range of your Wi-Fi.
  • If this is not the case, also switch off all other devices that use your WLAN. Your internet speed may not be high enough to handle all the devices and their internet usage.
  • In some cases, the modem may also have hung up. Therefore, switch off both the modem and the streaming device, preferably just remove both from the power source.
  • After half a minute, restart both and now try to stream your videos again via Disney Plus.
  • If the problem persists, you will need to contact customer service.
