Cancel Weight Watchers: These are your options

If you no longer want to use Weight Watchers, now known as WW, cancel your subscription as follows:

• By email: Send an email to kuendigung.de@ww.com to request your cancellation.

• Through the website: Your membership can also be cancelled through the Weight Watchers website. After logging into your customer account, navigate to the “Cancellation” item in the settings and follow the instructions. You will be asked to state the reason for your cancellation and confirm the end of your subscription.

• Revocation instead of cancellation: If you have taken out your membership via the WW website, you are legally entitled to a 14-day right of cancellation, which is in addition to your right to cancel. For the cancellation to take effect, you must notify WW of your decision in writing within the two-week period. In this case, you will be refunded the premium you have already paid.

WW: Observe notice periods

If you do not cancel your subscription in time, your membership will be extended by another contract month. The first contract month starts as soon as you receive a welcome email from WW. The minimum term depends on the type of subscription you have.

• Minimum term 1 contract month: To cancel the subscription at the end of the contract month, the cancellation must be received by WW within the first 12 days of the contract month.

• Minimum contract period longer than 1 contract month: Give notice no later than within the first 12 days of the last contract month of your minimum contract period for the subscription to end at the end of the minimum contract period. If you miss the deadline, your contract can only be terminated at the end of the next month.

• Special right of termination: If you are pregnant, you can terminate your membership immediately. It is best to document this with a doctor’s certificate. The termination is then valid from WW’s confirmation, regardless of the usual deadlines.
