How to delete your account with Bet365

To delete your account with Bet365, various conditions must apply. For example, deletion is only possible if your account is not in the red. In addition, all bets must be settled. Deletion is only possible with Bet365 in writing.

• To do this, write an e-mail to support-ger@customerservices365.com and inform the support team of your wish to delete your account. To do this, you will need your customer name and e-mail address as well as your address. You can also close your account via the Bet365 page.
• You can also have your account blocked for a certain period of time. Note that a block cannot be reversed before the end of the period. You can block your account yourself for 6 months, 1, 2 or 5 years. You can also block your account for 24 hours at short notice by clicking on the “Block my account” button.

• Bet365 also tries to prevent you from registering again under a different profile if you are banned, due to gambling addiction prevention.
