Amazon: View my orders – here’s how

by Estelle

On Amazon, you can view your orders under “My orders”. Not only are all previous orders listed there, you can also track shipments or cancel orders in this area.

View my orders at Amazon

A few clicks will take you to “My Orders” on the Amazon website. Here you can, for example, view orders, re-purchase ordered products or cancel or change open orders with Amazon.

  • Navigate to “Merchandise Returns and Orders” in the upper right corner of the home page.
  • Log in to your account with your email address and password.
  • Now you can view all your orders in the order overview. They are sorted by year.

Amazon: Track shipment under “My Orders “

Once you have placed an order with Amazon, it will be displayed under “My Orders”. There you can also see the shipment status. Tracking is not available for all orders, including standard international shipments and orders from some Marketplace sellers who do not provide shipment information.

  • Find the order you want to track under “My orders”.
  • Click on “Track delivery” to the right of the order.
  • Now you will see the status of the respective delivery: Ordered, Shipped, In Delivery, Delivery (Day/Time).
  • Alternatively: You will usually receive a dispatch notification by e-mail from the respective parcel service. In it, you will usually find a link to track the shipment directly via the shipping company.
