There are various ways to collect Payback points on Amazon. To receive cashback, you must start your purchase via the Payback app.
How to collect Payback points on Amazon
For a long time, Amazon was not a partner of the Payback program, but now you can once again receive cashback for your online purchases. Here’s how it works:
- Open the Payback app and tap on the basket icon labeled “Online Stores” at the bottom of the menu.
- Scroll down to the Amazon.de entry and tap on it.
- Check under “Coupons” to see if there are any multiple coupons so you can collect additional Payback points, and activate them if necessary.
- Tap on “Go to Amazon App” and then start shopping as usual in the online shop.
- Make sure your shopping cart is empty at the start, as we can’t guarantee that Payback points will be credited for products that are already saved.
- Complete your purchase. You’ll get 1 Payback point for every 2 euros spent. The points will be credited to your Payback account a few days after your order and will be activated after 70 days.
Collect Payback points on Amazon with your credit card
There is another way to collect Payback points with shipping giant Amazon.
- If you have a Payback credit card from the parent company American Express (AMEX), you can use it as a payment method on Amazon.
- With the Payback credit card, you earn 1 Payback point for every 3 euros spent in addition to the regular points. The points collected with the credit card cannot expire.
