Siemens washing machine error E23 – this could be the cause
If the error E23 occurs with your Siemens washing machine, it is because your washing machine is leaking or there is water in the base plate.
- Be sure to turn off the water tap of the machine if you suspect that it is leaking.
- Check the door and its rubber seal. This may be cracked and the reason for the water leakage.
- It is also possible that you are using too much detergent or the wrong detergent. Be sure to follow the instructions on the detergent, especially the dosage.
