Problems with your Fitbit Versa 3 smartwatch can be fixed by performing a reset. You reset the device as follows:
- To reset the Versa 3, go to the main menu and navigate to the settings. These can be recognised by the cogwheel.
- Within the settings you will find the option About Versa 3. Select it.
- Inside the information about your Versa 3, you will find the option Reset to factory settings. Confirm the option to reset the unit.
- After the reset, the Fitbit Versa 3 will turn itself back on. You’ll know it’s reset when the Fitbit logo appears on the screen and you need to resync.
- The same way a reset works on the Fitbit Versa 2. All data is deleted, which allows you to resell the smartwatch, for example.
