- If you use the Xbox to play video games, power consumption is up to 210 watts for graphically demanding games.
- This results in an annual cost of about 22 euros, should the console be used for gaming for an hour every day.
- When the console is in standby, it consumes only 1 watt per hour. With the quick start function activated, the power consumption is 10 watts in standby.
- When using the menu, the consumption is about 40 to 50 watts.
- Using the Xbox to stream videos, the consumption is around 50 to 70 watts.
- It is advisable to switch off the console completely if you are not using it.

Compared to the Xbox Series X, other devices also consume quite a bit of power:
