If it’s time to cancel your World of Warcraft subscription, follow these steps:

• First, visit the battle.net website and log in to your account.
• Now voluntarily enter a reason why you are cancelling your subscription. Confirm your cancellation by clicking on the green confirmation button at the bottom of the page.
• This only cancels your subscription. If you want to delete the account, further steps are necessary.

How to delete your Battle.net account

If you want to delete your Battle.net account completely, a request must be made.

• To do so, open this Battle.net page, log in and confirm that you want to have your data deleted.
• A verification code will then be sent to your email address.
• Enter this code and send it. You will then receive a mail that your request has been received.
• Within 30 days, the account should be deleted.
