If you want to delete your score in Township, it’s quite easy to do. The best way to do this is to follow the simple instructions step by step

Deleting your score in Township – how it works

Township is a farming and city-building game in which users can build factories, harvest crops and produce goods. If you are no longer satisfied with your score, you can reset or delete it.

  • If you are not connected to Game Center on iOS, Google Plus on Android or Facebook, you can simply delete the app from your smartphone. Your score will also disappear from Township with the app
  • If you download the Township app again and end up back in your old savegame, your old savegame will be connected to the Game Center or Google Plus.
  • In this case, you can log out of Game Center or log out of your Google account. This is a quick solution, but not the best one.
  • You can also simply install the game on another device to start from scratch with the savegame. Attention: If your score is linked to your Facebook or Apple ID, you should not link it to the same account when using a second device. Otherwise the score will synchronize automatically after installing the app.

Delete game state with the help of customer support

If you are playing Township on a PC or do not want to delete the app, there is another way to proceed. You must always contact customer support first.

  • iOS/Android: For iOS and Android devices, open the settings and select Help and support ☻ Game progress and then the relevant topic. At the bottom of the screen you will find the question Was that helpful? Tap on No and then on Contact us. Formulate your request and press Send. Then wait for a reply.
  • Windows: Open the game settings here and go to Report a problem. Request the complete deletion of your personal data and confirm by clicking Submit. A member of the support team will then get in touch with you
  • macOS: Here too, open the game settings and tap on Help and Support. At the bottom right you will see the chat icon, which you can open by clicking on it. Again, request the complete deletion of your personal data and then tap on Send. If you are “only” offered to read a few articles on the topic, click on “I still have questions”. Then select the City progress category and go to the Delete data category. Again, a member of staff will contact you
