Stranded Deep: Crossplay – what you need to know

Crossplay in Stranded Deep is a feature that is of interest to many players. The studio has not yet commented on this topic

Stranded Deep: Crossplay is still a long time coming

Stranded Deep has offered a multiplayer mode since September 2021, but a possible cross-play function is still missing.

• There is currently no cross-play function for the survival game. Developer Beam Team Games has not yet announced any information on this either

• Only systems with Windows, Mac or Linux can play with each other, but are not tied to a console. Furthermore, this is not really cross-play

• Stranded Deep is also available as a cross-gen game. This means you can play the game on your PlayStation 4 or 5. Of course, this is possible with an Xbox One or Series S/X, while the Nintendo Switch version does not support this feature

• We’ll keep you posted on any news about a potential cross-play feature in Stranded Deep.
