In Resident Evil 8 Village you can unlock a total of 50 bronze, silver, gold and platinum trophies – including 14 secret trophies. You can find out what you have to do for this and how many points you will receive as a reward from our list of trophies and achievements.
Resident Evil 8 Village: Achievements and Trophies
In Resident Evil 8, there are a total of 49 achievements and 50 trophies that you can unlock:
- 1 Platinum Trophy, 3 Gold Trophies, 6 Silver Trophies and 40 Bronze Trophies
- 14 of which are secret achievements
- You can only unlock the platinum trophy on PS4 or PlayStation5. If you play on Xbox One or Xbox Series, there are only the other 49 achievements – but then you get 1,000 points for your Gamescore.
Bronze Trophies in Resident Evil 8
These are the 40 bronze trophies in Resident Evil Village:
- No Likes for Lycans (secret; 15 points): Survive the Lycan attack.
- Four Counts (secret; 15 points): Escape the mine.
- Bloody Affair (secret; 15 points): Defeat the mutated Lady Dimitrescu.
- Torn Gang (secret; 15 points): Defeat Donna and Angie.
- On Dry Land (Secret; 15 Points): Defeat the mutated Moreau.
- Better Late Than Never (secret; 15 points): Defeat Uriaş in the fortress.
- So far, so good (secret; 15 points): Place the Giant’s Chalice in the Ceremonial Square.
- Ready for the Junkyard (secret; 15 points): Defeat the mutated Heisenberg.
- The Root of All Evil (secret; 15 points): Find the megamycete in the underground ruins.
- Good Father (15 Points): Complete the story mode on at least Easy difficulty.
- Best Father Ever (15 Points): Complete Story Mode on at least Normal difficulty.
- Crafter (15 Points): Craft an item.
- New Customer (15 Points): Buy something from Duke in Story Mode.
- Small-time Petty Thief (15 Points): Open a simple lock with a lockpick.
- Hobby Archaeologist (15 Points): Complete a multi-part treasure by combining.
- Hunter (15 Points): Kill an animal in Story Mode.
- Quiet Ball (15 Points): Solve a ball maze.
- Tooor (secret; 15 points): Move the ball from Mia and Ethan’s bedroom to the study
- *caw* (15 points): Shoot five flying crows from the sky in story mode
- Disturbed Village (15 Points): Open all of the exterior blast doors in the village in a single playthrough.
- One at the Window (15 points): Destroy every destructible window in the castle in a single playthrough.
- Good Hanging (Secret; 15 Points): In the factory, shoot a “Soldier” model off the production line.
- Distance, please! (15 Points): In Story Mode, push an enemy away after blocking them.
- Artificial Shot (15 Points): Defeat a distant enemy with the Sniper Rifle in Story Mode.
- Strategist (15 Points): Defeat at least three enemies with only one attack in Story Mode.
- Grilling Season (15 points): Set a Moroaică on fire in Story Mode.
- Quick Reflexes (15 Points): In Story Mode, knock a fire arrow out of the air with a melee weapon.
- Werewolf Tamer (15 Points): Defeat the Vârcolac Alfa in Story Mode.
- Early Achievement (secret; 15 points): Defeat Uriaş during the first Lycan attack in the village.
- Photographer (15 points): Use the photo mode.
- In 7th Heaven (15 points): Have exactly 777 lei, 7,777 lei or 77,777 lei in story mode.
- Cartographer (15 Points): Fully explore the map of the village.
- Cynic (15 Points): Destroy a guardian goat.
- Heretic (15 points): Destroy all Guardian Goats.
- Gunsmith (15 Points): Equip a gun with a special accessory.
- Experienced Gunsmith (15 Points): Equip all weapons with all their special accessories in Story Mode.
- Full Assortment (15 Points): Make every craftable item.
- Strictly by Manual (15 points): Collect all crafting instructions for crafting objects.
- Bookworm (15 Points): Read every file in Story Mode.
- Combo King (15 Points): Achieve a 30 combo in The Mercenaries mode.
The Silver Trophies
The six silver trophies are harder to unlock than the bronze ones, but you get more points for them:
- Best Father in the World (30 points): Complete the story mode on at least Veteran difficulty.
- Floating Dad (40 Points): Complete the Story Mode within 3 hours.
- Saving Dad (30 Points): Complete Story Mode spending a maximum of 10,000 lei.
- Cowboy (30 Points): Complete all levels in “The Mercenaries” mode with at least S rank.
- Puppet Collector (30 Points): View all character and weapon models.
- Art Collector (30 Points): View all concept artwork.
Gold and Platinum Trophies
The most popular trophies are those made of gold and platinum – but these are also the most difficult to achieve:
- Best Father in the Universe (Gold, 70 points): Complete Story Mode on Village of Shadows difficulty.
- Is’ Just a Scratch (Gold; Secret; 70 Points): Complete Story Mode using a maximum of 4 healing items.
- Get Up Close (Gold; Secret; 70 Points): Complete Story Mode using only melee weapons.
- Platinum: Ethan Winters: Unlock all trophies.
- Only PlayStation users can unlock the platinum trophy. Those who play on Xbox get 1,000 points as a reward instead.
