Customize your avatar in Pokémon GO
In Pokémon GO, you have the option of giving your Trainer avatar a new look in the game. This is how it works:
- Log in to the app on your smartphone as usual and tap your Trainer avatar on the left-hand side
- There you will find the “Wardrobe” option, which is marked with a hanger. Below this you will find the “Appearance” option, which you select next.
- Now you can give your avatar different skin and hair colors as well as a different physique from a small menu. You can customize clothing such as jackets, trousers and shoes directly in the wardrobe.
- To save the change, use the X to return to the previous menu. If the new avatar contains paid elements, you can purchase these under the “Redeem” option.
