Playing a Battle Royale like Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt in crossplay with friends is the optimal requirement for many players. The multiplayer title does offer the possibility to play in a team, but not cross-platform.
No crossplay for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt
The game Vampire: Bloodhunt is available for PC and PS5. However, friends cannot play together across platforms.
- Theoretically, crossplay can occur in Vampire: Bloodhunt, because in multiplayer, players from Windows and PlayStation are thrown together. Only together you cannot form a team.
- Because: The in-game lobby Elysium is platform-dependent. However, you must enter this to form a team. If your friends play on a different platform than you, you won’t find them.
- So other than trying to enter a game at the same time, you have no way to crossplay with or against friends.
- As a console player, you can turn off crossplay, as in many games where PC gamers have an advantage when aiming. To do this, go to the game options and navigate to the submenu “Gameplay and General”.
- If you have the game for PC and PS5, you should note that there is also no cross-progression. Even if you are logged in with the same account on both systems, you will have individual progression on both.
