Hay Day: Can’t connect to Facebook – here’s what you can do

Hay Day can no longer be connected to Facebook. If you want to save your score, there is still a possibility

This is what you can do if Hay Day no longer connects to Facebook

For a long time, you were able to link the game Hay Day to Facebook and play together with your friends. This is no longer possible. If you would like to revive your Hay Day game saved via Facebook, you can do this in a roundabout way.

• Open the Hay Day app, go to Settings, Help, Support and then click on the blue chat button. Contact the support team and tell them about your problem

• To ensure that Hay Day accounts cannot simply be taken over by other people, you must prove which one belongs to you. Therefore, please provide Support with all the information you have about your Hay Day Facebook score

• Your farm name, your level, the name of the community, your farm ID and when you started playing are important information that can help you get your old Hay Day score back from Facebook.

• In order to protect your score in the future, you must register for a Supercell ID in the Hay Day settings. You can then use this to access Hay Day on different devices
