God of War Ragnarök: How to change the difficulty level

To change the difficulty level in God of War Ragnarök, you have a specific option in the game’s main menu available to you at any time

If you simply cannot progress in God of War Ragnarök or the enemies are too weak for you, you can change the difficulty level as you wish.

• To do this, simply load your current savegame and switch to the main menu using the options button. There, navigate to the Gameplay sub-item

• You can customize it there via the Challenge Level item. With the exception of the God of War option, all difficulty levels are available for you to change. You can only select the “God of War” difficulty level when starting a new game

• The other possible levels are Story (very easy), I beg for mercy (easy), Balanced experience (balanced) and I want no mercy (hard).

• Confirm the selection. You will now be reset to the last checkpoint. It does not matter whether you are currently in a fight or solving a puzzle.
