If you want to cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription, you can do this directly via your account. You just need to pay attention to the platform
Cancel Fortnite Crew correctly
If you want to cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription, you don’t have to meet any deadline. Once the cancellation is complete, the subscription will end at the end of the month. The cancellation process differs depending on the platform:
- PC players log in to Epic Games and navigate to Subscriptions. Use the gear within this menu to find the Cancel Membership option. Follow the instructions to complete the subscription cancellation process.
- Play Fortnite on an Xbox console, go to Settings on the homescreen and go to the Account tab. Look for Subscriptions and enter your PIN if prompted. You will need to disable auto-renewal on Fortnite Crew.
- For Xbox players, it is also possible to cancel Fortnite Crew through their Microsoft account. Via the administration settings in the Services & Subscriptions tab, you will find the option Disable Recurring Billing. Then select Fortnite Crew to cancel the service.
- On the Playstation version, go to Settings on your PS5 and then Users and Accounts. Within this menu you will find Payment and Subscriptions under Accounts. In the Game and App Services you will find Fortnite and can turn off Auto Renew for Crew.
- If you play Fortnite on a PS4, you will find this option in the service list within Account Management. Select Fortnite there to cancel the Crew subscription.
- Similar to the PS consoles, the cancellation process works for the Nintendo Switch. You can disable auto-renewals by opening the Nintendo eShop and selecting subscriptions in your account.
- If you play Fortnite on a Samsung device, first open the Samsung Galaxy Store to cancel. Within the menu, find Subscriptions and Fortnite in the list of available apps. Select Cancel Subscription
- Important: You will not lose your received and unlocked V-Bucks, Crew Packs and Battle Passes after cancelling.
