The Latenna Quest in Elden Ring is comparatively easy to complete. The reward is valuable information and a completely new area
How to start the Latenna Quest in Elden Ring
Latenna is an NPC in the game Elden Ring. Before you get in touch with Latenna herself, you should do a few other things.
- First go to the village of the Albinaurics in Liurnia. Talk to Albus there. He has taken the shape of a pot. You will find him on the slope behind the perfumer’s.
- Simply roll against the pot. Albus will then give you the right half of the Hailigbaum medallion. He mentions that you should show the medallion to Latenna.
- To get to Latenna in Elden Ring, you must go to the Crystal Hut by the lake and defeat the Bloodhound Knight in battle. This will take you to the hut of the slumbering wolf.
How to get in touch with Latenna
The hut of the slumbering wolf is Latenna’s home away from home. However, the lady initially gives you the cold shoulder.
- Latenna is initially very withdrawn and rather dismissive towards you. To change this, you must show her the locket you received from Albus.
- Latenna’s mood changes abruptly at the sight of the locket. She now meets you with interest and friendliness.
- Latenna asks you to take her to the Hailigbaum. If you comply with this request, Latenna will turn into ash.
How to complete the Latenna quest in Elden Ring
To complete the quest, you must complete the medallion. If you do this before you meet Latenna for the first time, the character will die and turn to ashes forever.
- Get the second half of the medallion only after Latenna has told you where to find it. Only then go to Sol Castle to get the missing piece
- In Sol Castle, you have to stand your ground against Commander Niall. He is a serious opponent and the only real challenge in Latenna’s quest. After victory, you will receive the left side of the medallion
- Join the two halves together. This will take you to the Consecrated Snowfield at the Great Elevator of Rold. You can then summon Latenna from the ashes in the Ruins of the Renegades, behind the Place of Mercy.
- As a reward, you will receive an Ancient Dragonsmith Stone from Latenna. The quest is then complete
