There is a known bug in Disney Dreamlight Valley where a memory gets stuck in Merlin’s house or on Donald’s boathouse. Unfortunately, there is no reliable solution to the problem so far.

Memory stuck in Merlin’s house at Disney Dreamlight Valley: What you can do

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, it’s all about not letting the valley fade into oblivion. However, that’s hard to do when there are some familiar glitches with the memories in Merlin’s house and Donald’s boathouse.

• The characters, animals and notes in Dreamlight Valley drop items so you can pick them up. The mechanics are problematic when the items fall in places where you cannot pick them up.
• There are two known places where the memories can get stuck: in Merlin’s house behind the telescope and in Donald’s boathouse between the couch and the table.
• If you have the memory glitch, you should try to leave the house and re-enter.
• If this does not help, we recommend that you load the last save and try again.
• If the last save was too long ago, you can also try restarting the game. However, for very few players this helps.
• In the end, this is a known bug and the game is still in Early Access. We expect the developer to fix the issue in a timely manner so players can get all the memories in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
